Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start an exchange, email hello@roughhousegear.com with your order number, and our team will help get your little champion back in the right gear.

To maintain the quality of our gear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale or clearance items.
Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

When will I get my order?

Every order is packed with care and shipped from our home base in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We aim to package and ship all in-stock orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. During new product drops, preorders, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always work to get your gear out as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and its final destination.

Once you’ve entered your shipping address during checkout, your shipping options and rates will automatically appear before you complete your purchase—so you’ll always know the total cost before placing your order.
